By purchasing goods from Dizard a division of Swimmers' World Limited through this catalog, the purchaser agrees that the agreement of purchase and sale which arises from such order (the Agreement") shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, in the Dominion of Canada. Any litigation arising with respect to the Agreement, including any litigation with respect to the goods supplied under the Agreement, shall be determined by the Courts of the Province of British Columbia and the parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction of such courts by their entering into the Agreement.
